Once upon a time, deep in a vast and mysterious forest, there lived a powerful but lonely ruler — the Tiger King. His palace stood in the heart of the jungle, decorated with golden leaves and surrounded by towering trees. Despite all this grandeur, the Tiger King was troubled.
For several days, he had been pacing back and forth in front of his throne, thinking about one worrying issue: the number of animals in his kingdom was slowly decreasing. The forest, once full of life and sound, now felt quieter each day.
Unable to ignore the problem any longer, he summoned his trusted minister, the Bear.
“Tell me,” the Tiger King demanded, “why are my people leaving?”
The Bear lowered his head respectfully and replied, “Your Majesty, many animals have moved to the nearby grassland. They now live under the rule of the Lion King, who is known for his fairness and justice. He protects all animals equally, no matter how small or weak they are.”
Hearing this, the Tiger King became furious. He slammed his paw on the ground and immediately ordered a grand meeting of all animals in the forest.
At the great assembly, animals of every kind gathered - deer, rabbits, monkeys, birds, and even the smallest insects. The Tiger King stood proudly and declared:
“From today on, this forest will become a kingdom of fairness and justice! No animal, whether strong or weak, big or small, will be treated unfairly. Anyone who bullies others will be punished severely!”

The Fox smirked. The Wolf and Leopard exchanged glances and laughed.
“We are the law,” the Fox said coldly. “And no one is here to judge us.”
Despite the rules they were supposed to enforce, they ate the rabbit anyway.
A Kingdom That Only Pretends to Be Fair
Days passed, and similar incidents kept happening. The officials abused their power again and again. They bullied weaker animals while pretending to maintain justice.
The forest began to change.
Animals started whispering among themselves. Fear replaced hope. Many of them quietly left the forest, choosing to live under the Lion King instead.
Even though the Tiger King had created rules, he failed to ensure that those rules were followed.
Eventually, the once lively forest became silent again.
The Tiger King stood alone in his palace, still wondering why his kingdom was falling apart - never realizing that true justice is not about making rules, but about living by them.
